The City has received a revised proposal following the November 27, 2017 Community Consultation Meeting which focused on two buildings of 8 and 26 storeys.

The revised proposal includes, but is not limited to: a reduced building height of 21-storeys (85.4 metres including mechanical penthouse); revised setbacks and stepbacks; an on-site parkland dedication along Yonge Street and Scrivener Square; a new TTC entrance; consolidated loading off of Scrivener Lane; below-grade parking access off of Price Street; and publically accessible internal courtyard and pedestrian walkways.

The revised proposal would depend on the closure and sale of the L-shaped City owned laneway that runs through the site. A request to close and convey the laneway has been received by Transportation Services.
