The City is holding a Community Consultation meeting where you can learn more about this application ask questions and share your comments.

Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Place: Courtyard Marriott, 475 Yonge Street , Alexander Room
The rezoning application proposes a 43-storey mixed-use development containing 430 residential units and 1,450 square metres of retail/commercial space. The proposal includes 127 parking spaces and 430 bicycle parking spaces.
Staff are recommending that the proposed rezoning be refused. A copy of the Refusal Report, which will be considered by Toronto and East York Community Council on November 14, 2017, is available here: http://app.toronto.ca/tmmis/viewAgendaItemHistory.do?item=2017.TE28.11.
A supplementary report will be sent to Council on December 6-7 detailing feedback received at the Community Consultation meeting.
At the meeting, the applicant may present an alternative development proposal incorporating the property at 64 Wellesley Street East.
