415 McGill Street Development Application, Public Meeting

The City is holding a Community Consultation meeting for the planning application at 409 and 415 Yonge Street and 9 and 17 McGill Street. You are invited to this meeting where you can learn more about this application, ask questions, and share your comments. Details are as follows:

Place: YWCA, Nancy's Auditorium (87 Elm Street)

The City Planning Division has received an application to amend the City's Zoning By-law for the lands located at 409 and 415 Yonge Street and 9 and 17 McGill Street. The application proposes a 42-storey residential addition atop an existing 19-storey office building, resulting in an overall building height of 61 storeys. The proposed addition includes 450 residential dwelling units.

City Planning staff are in the process of reviewing the application. A report to Toronto and East York Community Council has not yet been prepared but will be scheduled after the Community Consultation Meeting.
