The development application at 20 Edward Street has been revised. The application proposes a 30-storey mixed-use building containing 579 residential units as well as 2,843.78 square metres of office space on the third floor and a total of 6,503.6 square metres of retail space on the ground floor, mezzanine, second floor, and in a concourse level below grade. The height of the building to the roof is 101.6 metres. A total of 241 vehicular parking spaces are provided in a 4-level below grade garage and 618 bicycle parking spaces are provided.
This community consultation meeting is designed to present the revised proposal and for members of the public to provide their feedback and ask questions.
