A Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit the redevelopment of the site with a new 64-storey (199.7 metres) mixed-use building with 466 dwelling units, 47 parking spaces, and 470 bicycle parking spaces. The listed heritage building at 586 Yonge Street is being retained and will continue to be used as commercial/retail space. Portions of the listed heritage buildings at 10-16 Wellesley Street West will be retained, and the buildings at 5 and 7 St. Nicholas Street will be demolished.
